I got very poor customer service at this place. I never going to go there again. They engraved over 100 gifts for my employees wrong couple and refused to redo the job. Owner of the place is very rude east German.

The selection of china and glass ware is impressive. The store is just beautiful to browse. I've found wonderful gifts here for family and friends. Service is courteous and pleasant.
